Packing method with paper/plastic rolls and pouches (with sterilization roll/pouch)
►Select the appropriate size paper/plastic roll/pouch for the material to be packaged.
►The material is carefully placed inside the bag to avoid tearing and puncturing.
►The bag is filled to a maximum capacity of 75%, leaving at least 1.5 cm from the edges.
►The air in the bag is removed as much as possible before the bag is heat sealed, as this can cause air expansion and tearing of the package.
►The pouch is sealed with a sealing device according to the packaging manufacturer's recommendations.
►It is recommended, but not required, to double pack to create a sterile barrier.
►First the inner package is filled and sealed. Then the inner package is placed inside the outer package and sealed. Folding/twisting the inner pack to fit the outer pack should be avoided. Folding the edges may cause air trapping in these areas and prevent the sterilization process.
►Make sure that the opening direction of the two packages is on the same side.
